Merchants and Retail Council
The Downtown Merchants and Retail Council is a group of active business members in Downtown Tucson that includes owners, operators and staff of retail, restaurants, shops, hotels, services, museums, theaters, bars and offices. The current Chairman of the Council, Tom Heath of NOVA Home Loans, represents the council on the Downtown Tucson Partnership (DTP) Board of Directors.
The Council meets monthly every third Thursday at 9 a.m. in the Park Tucson conference room at 110 E Pennington St. Meeting date, time and location are subject to change. Some monthly meetings are substituted with a Merchant Mixer to connect downtown business owners, managers, staff and other stakeholders in a non-formal setting.
