Maynards culinary team and Chef Mateo Cancio, present a multi-course cocktail dinner featuring regional and heritage ingredients prepared with classic & contemporary techniques for the culinary experience of the year. The evening features paired cocktails and agave spirits by Nocheluna, Dragoon Saison or Bodegas Santo Tomaso Tintino Wine, with a presentation by Ricardo Pico. Guests will commemorate the evening with an exclusive artisanal drinking vessel.
