The goal of Chalk Block Party is to inspire young artists throughout Southern Arizona and celebrate creativity, imagination, and community art. On the north lawn of CMT, professional artists will create inspirational chalk art alongside children and families who will create their own masterpieces. Special performances and food trucks will enhance this unique event, which CMT will be debuting 2026. We will be closing 12th street between 6th and Scott Ave.
We would like to request safety and trash ambassadors for this event! Additionally if you are able to provide cardboard trash cans it would be highly appreciated!
