About the Speaker
Jennifer Mead is a Tucson-based creative leader and designer with nearly fifteen years of experience in branding, web design, and creative strategy. As Marketing and Communications Manager for the Downtown Tucson Partnership, she leads campaigns and partnerships that highlight downtown’s businesses, events, and cultural life. Her background includes art directing and lead designer on destination-driven projects such as Visit Austin, the Maine Tourism Association, and Visit Guam, and she remains active in Tucson’s creative community, including co-founding CreativeMornings Tucson and maintaining her mixed-media collage studio practice, Fractured Curio.

CreativeMornings Tucson meets for breakfast every month to bring together creative individuals to network and hear inspiring talks. We believe that we create positive connection and change to our city and community. We are part of a larger CreativeMornings community, in which groups worldwide host monthly events. We take the global organization’s monthly topic, described in one word, and present a local creative to speak on that topic. Our events are always free and include free coffee + pastries, opportunities to connect with creatives and tidbits about city and community activities. Everyone is creative. Everyone is welcome.
