The Downtown Parade of Lights and Festival takes place on Saturday, December 16, 2023. The Festival begins at Armory Park at 4PM with food, music, and activities and the offical Parade kicks off at 6:30PM at 17th Street & Stone Avenue, ending at Armory Park.
