The Sound Post: Tucson Folk Center is celebrating our Grand Opening on Saturday, August 31st with a day full of free live music! The event is from 12-9PM, music starts at 1PM.

You can expect to hear everything from old time and Americana to acoustic ska and hip hop! And stop by our Labor Temple neighbors, House of Oye, Labor Temple Tattoo, and Templeton's, to see what they're all about!

The Sound Post is a new music store and full-service repair shop, home to a variety of folk instruments: guitars, banjos, mandolins, ukuleles, fiddles, autoharps, dulcimers, and more! We buy, sell, trade, consign, appraise, and repair instruments, and offer a variety of community events and services, from music lessons and weekly jam sessions to pop-up string change clinics, workshops, and live performances.
