HUB Restaurant is hosting its second dinner in the Rooftop Dinner Summer Series — a delicious meal with paired cocktails called the Agave Four-Course Pairing Experience! This dinner will feature agave spirit drinks paired with a menu that utilizes traditionally Southwest ingredients in a reimagined way. Local ingredients include tortillas from Anita Street Market, locally grown guajillo chiles, and goat cheese from a farm in Buckeye. The dinner will take place on the beautiful open-air, rooftop patio of Playground where diners will enjoy views of downtown Tucson as they savor their dinner.

* Date: July 15, 2021 at 6pm
* Cost: $85 per person, plus tax and tip

* Beautiful Horizons: Don Julio Blanco, Fresh Pressed OJ, Pomegranate
* Shrimp and sea bass pineapple ceviche, pomegranate pico, local tortilla chips
* 2nd Course
* Mezcal Vago, Spicy Corn Cordial, Citrus
* Savory bacon and pear fritters, caramelized orange-achiote goat cheese dip
* 3rd Course
* Herradura Reposado, Piloncillo, Bitters, Creosote
* Chili duck confit, guajillo chili sauce, pickled granny smith apples and onions, lime crema, queso fresco polenta cakes

* Mezcal Union Watermelon Cordial.
