Join Sonoran Rosie for a Prickly Pear Foraging and Processing Workshop!
🌵 What: Learn how to sustainably & carefully forage ripe prickly pear cactus fruit while learning how to identify the surrounding plants then learn how to process the pears into juice. You will get to make a prickly pear fruit drink and take home some juice!
🌵 Where: We will meet at a location near downtown to forage. We will send to you the address via email (so keep an eye out for that if you purchase a ticket). Then we will head over to Arizona Poppy to learn how to process the fruit.
