Enjoy dinner and a view with HUB Restaurant's Rooftop Dinner Summer Series! In the first dinner of the series, HUB Restaurant has teamed up with the brewing masters at Dragoon Brewing to bring you a 5-course food & drink experience. Diners will enjoy a curated menu of delicious food from HUB Restaurant while sipping a paired Dragoon brew for each course — all while enjoying the views of downtown Tucson from Playground's beautiful, open-air, rooftop patio. It's the perfect way to enjoy a night out in the heart of our beautiful city!

-Nduja and Manchego stuffed green lip mussels with a crisp shaved fennel salad and tomato-saffron broth

2nd Course

-Crispy pork belly with salsa verde, Oaxaca rice, and seared Serrano spiced oranges
