With years of experience working with children of all learning styles—including those with autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse needs—she’s passionate about helping every child feel seen, capable, and confident.

Tonya Strozier:

Dr. Tonya R. Strozier is the Founder and CEO of Black and Brown Girl Wellness, Inc. and Ubuntu Academies, which includes the upcoming Ubuntu Preschool and Academy network dedicated to culturally grounded, whole-child learning. A certified principal, superintendent, and reading specialist, Dr. Strozier brings over two decades of experience transforming schools and advancing equity. She also serves as a Commissioner for the Governor’s Office on African American Affairs, where she advocates for educational excellence and wellness for Black communities across Arizona.
