On the Second Sunday of the month the Tucson Museum of Art and Historic Block offers pay-what-you-wish admission all day! With a focus on families, the program provides intergenerational learning through engaging activities and experiences.

On October’s Second Sunday celebrate community and the recently opened Southwest Art: Contemporary Conversations with a Chinese Chorizo Festival kick-off showcasing food from Ate Kei’s Treats, Phatboii’s BBQ, and more. Connect with makers influenced by the land and materials of the Southwest; vendors include: Apapáchame Tierra, Blue Corn Custom Designs, Drutopia, Love in a Cup, Lower Arizona Jewelry, Nogaleria, Señorita Art & Culture, and more.

Second SundAZe Family Day @TMA offers guests an opportunity to explore art, history, and regional culture throughout the Museum’s galleries and historic properties. Participate in family yoga at 11:30 a.m. and create at the art-making stations where you can explore the southwest and its landscapes, enjoy music and more.

This project was made possible in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services, MG-50-19-0044-19.

Second SundAZe is presented by The Stonewall Foundation Fund held at the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona.
