The Rio Nuevo Tucson Criterium will now be an all-day racing festival for all categories in 2026. This challenging 0.73-mile (1.2km) course runs next to the historic Barrio Viejo neighborhood, and features tight corners, a decisive 180-degree turnaround, and a backdrop unlike any other in Tucson. This course is built for fans. Between laps you’re moments away from cafes, breweries, restaurants, and boutique hotels, making it the perfect spot to watch the pros, cheer on friends, or hang out with the whole family.
