The Treasury 1929 pairs a four-course menu from Chef Daniel Scordato with four expressions from Tucson distillery Whiskey Del Bac. The evening opens with a Japanese highball built on Del Bac Sentinel, then moves through smoked salmon with mascarpone mousse, a prosciutto-and-truffle mushroom crostini duo with Dorado, charred Piedmontese ribeye with Classic, and apple croissant bread pudding with Normandie.
