The Treasury 1929 pairs a four-course menu from Chef Daniel Scordato with four expressions from Tucson distillery Whiskey Del Bac. The evening opens with a Japanese highball built on Del Bac Sentinel, then moves through smoked salmon with mascarpone mousse, a prosciutto-and-truffle mushroom crostini duo with Dorado, charred Piedmontese ribeye with Classic, and apple croissant bread pudding with Normandie. Master Distiller Mark A. Vierthaler and Southern Arizona Sales Manager Janna Hoffman guide guests through each pour. Cocktail attire. $150 per person. Includes gratuity, food and beverages
