The Parade of Lights & Festival is Downtown Tucson’s premier holiday event, celebrating the spirit of the holiday season and Tucson's unique culture. Tucsonans and visitors alike celebrate the holidays Tucson-style with a colorful, multicultural display of lights, music and creativity sure to get you in the holiday spirit. Festivities begin in Jácome Plaza with entertainment, music, food, games and the Tree Lighting Ceremony. Then, the parade marches through the heart of downtown with over 70 entries trimmed with lights -- from parading pups to holiday floats, local businesses, marching bands, and dance and bike groups.

HOLIDAY SPIRIT AWARD: (Best Use of Lights) $250 Award – Tucson Parks and Recreation
HARMONY AWARD: (Best Musical Group) $250 Award – Seven Pipers Scottish Society/Tucson & District Pipe Band
BRIGHT HORIZON AWARD: (Best Youth Group) $250 Award – John Valenzuela Youth Center
