Bonanza Coffee Co. lives somewhere between the rain-soaked coffee culture of the Pacific Northwest and the sunbaked rhythm of the Sonoran Desert.
Seattle taught us that coffee is more than caffeine — it’s ritual, community, craft. That influence runs deep here. We proudly partner with Caffè Vita, roasting our coffee in Phoenix, bridging our roots with our desert home. The name Bonanza is a nod to Arizona’s mining heritage, a strike worth celebrating, and to what we believe a great cup of coffee should feel like: liquid gold.
You’ll find us sharing a patio with Lucky Penny BBQ and pouring from our walk-up window in the alley on the south side of the building. We’re here for your mornings, and just as intentionally, your nights. Bonanza isn’t just a daytime café. We’re open late, leaning into the cooler desert evenings. Alongside espresso and brewed coffee, our menu features desert-inspired teas, house tonics, and a rotating lineup of thoughtful non-alcoholic cocktails, layered, refreshing, and built with care.
Bonanza is equal parts ritual and release. Come for the coffee. Stay for the vibe. We’ll see you morning, noon, or deep into the desert evening.
