Located in the historic Old Pueblo Club Building, constructed in 1908, “Rally Point Apartments” located at 101 S. Stone Avenue, is a Permanent Supportive Housing Project consisting of 30 single room occupancy units for single veterans who are Chronically Homeless. The building houses a cafeteria, workout room and a convenience store. It's located one block from the Sun Link streetcar. The Project targets incomes at 30% of the area median income. The units feature design elements that follow the Housing First Model including a single point of entry and supportive services. The project is an acquisition rehabilitation of a 108 year old Historic building in Downtown Tucson. All utilities included. Supportive services are provided by La Frontera Center. Inc.
