#3 on Turquoise Trail Map: Built in 1929 in the Spanish Colonial Revival style, this building features a beautiful mosaic-tiled dome and elegant courtyard, and is one of Tucson’s most iconic structures. It was designed by Roy Place, a noted Tucson architect. In addition to other business offices, the building will soon house the Southern Arizona Heritage and Visitor Center and the University of Arizona Gem and Mineral Museum. All court functions have moved elsewhere.
