Halloween Night: Congress Street Closure
On Saturday, October 31, from 5 p.m. to 3 a.m., a portion of Congress Street will be closed to vehicle traffic as part of a new nighttime pilot program.
The closure will extend from Toole Avenue west to just before Scott Avenue, allowing for improved pedestrian safety, traffic management, and mobility during one of downtown's busiest nights of the year.
Years of planning by the Downtown Tucson Partnership, City of Tucson, Pima County, downtown businesses and public safety partners have helped make the Halloween night pilot possible.
