Downtown Welcomes New Neighbors
Its been a bustling year so far for Downtown construction projects and it's just getting started. Recently completed projects include the Downtown Motor Apartments and McCormick Apartment Homes both on S Stone Avenue.
The Downtown Motor Apartments at 383 S Stone Ave, were completed in February and feature 44 affordable housing units above ground floor covered and gated parking. The project preserved the lobby and other features of the historic Downtown Motor Hotel built in 1941. If you are interested in leasing, click here for more information.
McCormick, luxury urban living, was completed in April and are 25 market-rate apartment homes with their own garage per unit in a gated community. They are located at 201 S Stone Ave and just a short walk from a modern streetcar stop and the newly opened, HealthOn Broadway clinic.
