THIS TESTING CENTER IS NOW CLOSED

Pima County Health Department and Downtown Tucson Partnership teamed up to provide free COVID-19 testing to individuals who work, live, and play downtown.

The Downtown Tucson Testing Center was located at the Tucson Electric Power Headquarters building. Free testing was available for anybody five years of age or older every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (excluding January 18, 2021) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Type of testing that was offered: nasopharyngeal swab to detect active COVID-19 infection via PCR; anterior nares swab available, especially for children less than 10 years of age.

Park Tucson provided free on-street parking for COVID testing patients.
