Downtown Business & Property Owner Resources
Downtown Tucson Partnership (DTP) is here to help merchants located within the downtown Business Improvement District. The health and safety of Downtown Tucson is our #1 priority, and this includes the dozens of unique and local businesses who call the district home.
Business Support and Programs
DTP provides and supports the following grants and programs to support businesses. To be eligible for these opportunities, businesses must be located within the downtown Business Improvement District (BID) and the property owner must be up to date on BID payment.
COVID-19 Business Resources
In these unprecedented times, businesses are in flux. Some are shuttered; many keep limited hours. Here are some resources we've put together to help you get back to business as unusual.
Keeping Your Property and Business Safe
The health and safety of downtown Tucson is the DTP’s #1 priority. We work closely with the Tucson Police Department (TPD) to ensure that your properties remain safe as possible.

Clean and Safe Support
Our purple-shirted ambassadors work around the clock cleaning streets and sidewalks, and removing litter, weeds and graffiti. Each one of our team members is a Visit Tucson Certified Tourism Ambassador, greeting visitors and providing tourism information and directions.
Beautification & Greenscape
Downtown Tucson Partnership landscaping initiatives can be seen throughout the downtown streets, sidewalks and parks providing color and greenery year-round. We make our community beautiful, pleasant and safe by adding quality street furnishings to our parks and sidewalks.

DTP Connects
In collaboration with various Tucson nonprofits, we are reducing homelessness in our city. Through a partnership with Old Pueblo Community Services (OPCS), individuals experiencing homelessness receive services and are placed in homes and shelters using the Housing First model. On-site interviews and assessments are provided by a dedicated community engagement specialist via a DTP Connects mobile unit. The mobile unit continues to make contact with individuals every weekday.
