Batch is best known as one of America’s great whiskey bars, but hidden below in the speakeasy Snake & Barrel lies a haven of agave spirits; over 200 of them! On this evening, we channel that energy to welcome Origen Raíz and explore the world of agave.

Join us for a guided tasting led by Bildo Saravia, featuring a lineup that highlights the range and character of the Origen Raíz portfolio. We’ll taste through Arroqueño, Cenizo, Chacaleno, Pecho de Venado, and Sotol, each expression offering its own perspective on agave, landscape, and traditional production.

Light bites will be paired alongside the mezcal, creating a relaxed setting to taste, compare, and learn—whether you’re discovering these spirits for the first time or already deep into the world of agave.
