JANOS COOKS!Fast, Easy, Affordable Chef Driven Cuisine at Home
Tucson, AZ---Since the announcement of the closing of his iconic DOWNTOWN Kitchen + Cocktails in November 2020, James Beard Award Winner Chef Janos Wilder has been busy working on the next exciting chapter of his culinary career.

Based at the Carriage House, his special event, video studio and catering center, he has been immersed in the filming a new series of cooking classes “Janos Cooks”. The classes are designed to generate renewed enthusiasm for home cooking. “In this difficult time, I want to help spark the joy of cooking. My goal is to make preparing and eating family meals the best part of each day” said Wilder.

Each class features a complete meal with side dishes, salads and many with cocktails for the home cook who is looking for inspirational new recipes to feed their families. These are some of Chef Wilder’s favorite dishes and most of them will serve a family of four for under $20.00. Classes are $12.50 each. Packages are offered with three classes for $35, five classes for $55 or ten classes for $100.00. Each class comes with a bonus basic skill section, printable recipes, equipment list, shopping list, plus a bonus of essential cooking skills every cook should master. The class packages also include an enhanced skills section.

Participants will be thrilled to find recipes for Janos classics like Chewy Thai BBQ Pork Ribs with Mango and Cellophane Noodle Salad, Ahi Burgers, El Presidio Pan-Fried Chicken, Pan-Seared Salmon with Olive Oil Crushed Potatoes with Fennel/Tomato Sauce as well as many other dishes that take a limited amount of time on a conservative budget.
