Submit An Event

Highlight your event through our Downtown Events Calendar! With over 8,000 email subscribers and more than 136,000 combined social media followers @DowntownTucson, the Downtown Tucson Partnership's online events calendar is the place to showcase your downtown event or business special.

*To be listed on this calendar, your event must be located within the downtown Business Improvement District (BID).

Please allow up to two business days before the event is published* to the calendar. Event submissions are published exactly how you enter them within the form below. Before submitting, carefully review the information you are entering in each field. Please enter as much information as possible, including a picture, for your event. If you have any questions about events, please contact us.

Event Calendar Recommendations:

  • Images may be cropped when displaying on the calendar. A square image is recommended and will appear uncropped in most instances.
  • Choose no more than 2 categories for your event. If more are selected, they may be reduced before publishing.

Event Support Services

Downtown Tucson Partnership also supports many downtown special events through a number of supportive and contracted services. If you are hosting an event downtown and would like to request contracted services, please fill out this form.
