Details
Come join us at Tucson’s longest-operating clay, ceramics, and pottery educational studio. A variety of classes and workshops are offered, including hand building, throwing, sculpture, and open studio hours for all students. Classes are ongoing and students can enroll for as many weeks as they like, but a four week sequence is recommended.
The studio is open daily. Hours are 9AM - 9PM Monday through Friday, and 9AM - 5PM on Saturday and Sunday. Those who have registered and paid for a class or “open studio” are free to work in the studio any time it is open and a class is not full.
Classes may be among these themes but are not limited to: Anatomy and Figure Modeling for Ceramic Sculptors, Ceramic Water Features: Fountains & Bird Baths, Sculpting with Paper Clay, Beginning Clay; the Basics, and Finding Your Way with Clay; a Wheel Class.
