The Facilities Management Department (FMD) of Pima County is responsible for the management of Pima County facilities. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, clean, safe and functioning work environment for governmental services in an energy efficient and cost effective manner. FMD is comprised of the following six (6) divisions: Asset Management and Planning Division, Building Maintenance Division, Business Division, Design and Construction Division, Energy Management Division, and Support Services Division.
