The DTP ambassadors work around-the-clock providing cleaning, maintenance, beautification, and safety services to the downtown Business Improvement District. Clean Ambassadors remove litter, graffiti, stickers, powerwash sidewalks, remove biohazards, and beautify the streets through a number of initiatives. Safety ambassadors keep a watchful eye on downtown streets, parks, properties and businesses. They also help those in distress, deescalate situations, and respond to safety calls from downtown merchants.
Each one of our team members is a Certified Tourism Ambassador, greeting visitors and providing tourism information and directions. They connect downtown businesses, residents and employees with important information and assistance.
