Join us for a tasting and discussion of sotol, mezcal's kindred spirit. Nothing tastes more like the desert than sotol! Producers from Mexico will present on sotol heritage there, and friends from the Marfa Spirit Company will represent the effort to establish sotol production on the U.S. side of the border.
