Immediately following the signature Agave Fiesta at Hotel Congress, Fat Tony will take the plaza stage to host his monthly open-format dance party. April’s edition will celebrate Agave Heritage Festival with a Montelobos Mezcal midnight toast and Montelobos, Ancho Reyes, and Mazot specials starting at 10 pm.
