StretchMed® is partner-assisted one-on-one static & PNF stretching for chronic pain, better posture, improved circulation, and more efficient movement.
Sessions are fully clothed, stretches are applied within the client's comfort level, and our Stretch Therapists are professionally educated and trained in anatomy-related fields of study (Massage Therapists, Personal Trainers, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, etc. ).
Our partner-assisted one-on-one stretching methods are great if you are experiencing chronic pain, flexibility, and circulatory issues. Even if you are recovering from an injury, or you already feel great and want to enhance your current wellness regime, let’s work together!
