GABA - Rio Nuevo Bike Swap is a biannual event where individuals and businesses can buy, sell or swap new or used bicycles, bicycle parts, tools, and clothing at great prices in a setting reminiscent of street markets of old. It has been in operation for approximately 30 years and most recently moved to Armory Park on 6th Avenue between 12th and 13th Streets
