Landscapes of Peace - Painting Intensive with Stefan Lucas Art

Have you ever been caught off guard and enchanted by the majesty of a landscape? Billowing clouds, rolling hills, distant villages streaming whips of smokes from handmade chimneys on age-old bungalows. Watching light from the sun or moon fill an atmosphere of varied condensation illuminating rock faces and silhouetting trees. Perhaps revealing mythical creatures and mysterious beings, perhaps the landscape itself whispers secrets and communicates wisdom innate to the natural way of things. Have you ever looked at these places of vastness and tranquility that exist within you? You might be startled just at how much is truly going on in the inner plains.

In this painting workshop we will travel inward with some guided meditations in order to glimpse our inner realms vividly. We will then gear our focus towards technical skills, in order to properly and realistically depict that which we have seen. Group oriented demonstrations will be offered daily, as well as individuated instruction catered to your unique artistic intent and skill level.

The steering of the ship, the shape of this class, will be based on what everyone naturally brings to the table. An exploration into the unknown. An unveiling of another piece of The Mystery.
