4:30 to 4:45 - Opening Ceremony and Intentions Meditation
4:45 to 5:15 - Butoh Warmup and Contact Improv by Jodi R. Netzer and Gene Orth of Tucson Contact Improv
5:15 to 7:15 - Ecstatic Dance by DocZion + Friends
7:15 to 7:30 - Sound Healing by TBD
7:30 to 8 - Closing Sharing Circle

Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement journey held in a safe and sacred container & facilitated by a professional DJ. It’s where we can be our unique selves and connect to a common source.
We Dance Barefoot!
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)
If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK.
We Dance Without Words!
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State.
No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators.
No Talking from the Dancers.
We Dance As We Are!
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts…
Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
