Sí Charro Chefs and Guest Chef Jose Lino of Quiriego, present the Spirit of Sonora Agave Heritage Dinner. This five-course dinner with Bacanora and Sotol tastings, features regional and heritage ingredients prepared with classic & contemporary techniques for the culinary experience of the year! The evening showcases paired cocktails and agave spirits by Los Cantilles 1905 Bacanora, Mazot Palmilla, and Batuq Bacanora Blanco. Guests will commemorate the evening with an exclusive artisanal drinking vessel.
