Merchant Planter Program

Downtown Tucson Partnership's urban beautification program adds bright splashes of color and greenery by providing initial plantings and monthly maintenance options for planters owned by downtown merchants and property owners.

The services listed below are available to businesses and properties located within the downtown Business Improvement District (BID).

 

 

Merchant Planter Program Options:

 

Option A: initial planting, watering and maintenance - monthly fee based on size and number of planters

• Initial planting: fill w/ soil and plant materials*
• Watering: as weather dictates
• Maintenance: replacing dead and missing plants as needed **

 

Option B: Watering and maintenance - monthly fee based on size and number of planters

• Watering: as weather dictates
• Maintenance: replacing dead and missing plants as needed **

 

Option C: Watering - monthly fee based on size and number of planters

• Watering: as weather dictates

 

* All prices are for materials and do not include labor. You will not be charged for labor costs.
** If replacement is minor, no extra charges will be applied, if it becomes excessive, DTP will contact client to determine a plan moving forward.
